Frustration
It can be extremely annoying when the phone rings so you get up to answer it and then another member of staff answers it, why do they wait until you get up... its nearly as annoying as not having public liability insurance but then we cant have everything can we!

Landlords insurance
When in the UK there is no legal requirement to insure your let property however it is highly advised to do so to cover the buildings and contents since if the worst was to happen you could be left in a very bad financial position.

Public liability insurance
The idea of public liability insurance is to protect your business against liability claims for property damage or injury caused during the course of your occupation. For example if you were a bricklayer operating with liability insurance in the UK and left tools laying around which a member of the public tripped over and injured themselves then you would want insurance in place to provide cover against them holding you liable for their injury. If you were a roofer operating in the UK with public liability insurance and accidently dropped a tool which caused damage to the clients porch then this is another example of what you would want to protect against.
